Clinical nutrition

Nutritional therapy is essential part of treating patients who have to adapt to life with a chronic illness, disease or any other medical disorder. My aim is to provide my patients with personally tailored advice on how to prevent and overcome consequences that illnesses may have on your ability to meet your body’s nutritional needs, as well as reduce the risk of negative outcomes on your general health and well-being.
How i can help you

I will do my best to help you if you have been diagnosed with:

Insuline resistance
Cardiovascular diseases
Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, heartburn
irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO)
Coeliac disease
Hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism
Rheumatoid arthritis
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Clinical nutrition isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation, that is why I will take time to carefully review your current health status, eating habits, medical and family history, laboratory tests etc. Based on the information I gain during early counselling stages I will offer your recommendations, advice and eating plans that will help you effectively reach your body’s nutritional needs and prevent disease’s progression. During follow-up consultations we will discuss your well-being and progress of nutritional therapy and modify it as needed.
